- How Quickly Can I Expect My Order?
Elegant Brides orders will be processed for shipping within 3 to 5 Business days. Personalized items may take longer to ship.
Orders placed after Noon Eastern Daylight Time can not be processed by the manufacturer until the following Business day.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the first Business day of the week.

- What are Your Shipping Methods?
All orders are sent via UPS or Airborne Standard Ground Service. Arrival time is usually within 4 to 5 Business days
from the ship date. Your order can take anywhere from 7 to 10 Business days to arrive. If you require a RUSH
order we offer 2nd Day Air on all orders that don't require Engraving. Second Day Air charges start at $23.50. Please allow at
least two days for processing on RUSH Orders.
NOTE: Orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please indicate a street address.

- Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?
Certainly! However, paying by check will delay your order. Checks must clear before orders can be released for
processing. Most checks clear within 7 to 10 Business days. If you prefer to pay via check or money order,
please send your check and product request to:

- What is Your Return Policy?
Wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts that have been personalized with
engraving and/or embroidery are nonrefundable. For all other wedding accessories, wedding favors,
bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts, a refund will be given for the unwanted portion of your order (except for
rush fees and shipping & handling). After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit within 7 to 10
Business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon
receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.
Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted
you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

- Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship Internationally, however we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Additional shipping charges will apply on orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii.
